Dr. Susanne Graf

Veterinarian

My name is Dr. Susanne Graf and I joined Westbridge in December 2020. Although new to Westbridge, I have worked in the Brampton area for the majority of my professional life and bring my 20+ years of small animal experience to the team. I am happy to be reunited with colleagues that I have worked with previously, in my veterinary career. Those early days established a standard that greatly influenced my approach to veterinary medicine throughout the years that followed. It is my sincere hope that patients will enjoy the benefits once again of the familiar collaborative efforts.

As a clinician, I concentrate my time in the consultation with pet owners, where teaching clients about animal health care, both physical and mental, is the most rewarding experience for me.

In my free time I am lucky to live on a property in the country, where routine contact to nature helps keep me grounded with mother earth. My first degree from York University in Ecology, highlights my eco-nerd side (aka tree hugger) and as such I am currently on a mission to eliminate an invasive plant species that threatens the health of not only our Ontario forests but those of North Eastern North America.

I am delighted to be joining the Westbridge team and look forward to meeting you and your pet.

But in the last few years, we’ve seen a change creeping up on us, with the weather staying warm later into the season, and spring arriving earlier each year – and the bugs are loving it!
